Ah yes PETA. When "Ethical Treatment of Animals" mean "Slaughtering Helpless Animals". I don't see how people can join them and justify their actions.

People join them because they don't know what PETA actually does.
They mostly seem to target propaganda at young children (Who are vulnerable to that kind of stuff) who then try to convince their parents to support PETA too.

Figures it'd be some form of brainwashing from an early age.

I was looking into the P. Diddy thing and found that part of it is because of a hotel party he was hosting had penguins with taped snouts and the other thing I found is that they have reported a couple articles about his fur clothing line.

I believe they are bullshit because they do less work than any local animal shelter, and get more attention
They also piss me off because they believe that you're either with them or against them. I support animals and whenever I'm getting new pets, we go to a rescue shelter. That's a good thing, but I'm a horrible person because I eat meat.

Because WoW allows you to kill animals, skin them, and eat meat products. A whole category of armour is called 'leather'.
