To true, there are literally thousands of torrent sites out there, I think it is because TPB gets so much media attention that it makes it a cash cow.

The recording industry is dying and the RIAA is afraid of the inevitable. I think the only reason why they haven't went under yet is from all the cases they've won. They'll eventually start losing and when that happens, that is one less corporation that hinders new forms of distribution.
